Sweet and Savory Chicken Salad

Any kind of salad on a hot day is so pleasing to me…It can be a green salad, pasta salad, fruit salad, you name it! When it’s hot outside I seem to gravitate to something that’s cold.

Today’s salad I am going to share is a crowd pleaser. I like to make this with cooked cold chicken on it for a lunch or it is great as a side dish at dinner time.

I encourage you to use this as a base recipe and grow with it… you can add or remove to your liking!
