Any kind of pasta
I like mini bow tie for regular and Barilla's gluten free rotini for gluten free.

zesty Italian dressing

bell pepper
1
small cucumber

cherry tomatoes

handful of thick salami sliced
1
package of mozzarella pearls
1/8
cup
sunflower seeds
Instructions
Cook pasta until el dente. Put in fridge to cool completely.
Once pasta has cooled completely, dice up all other ingredients and toss in with the pasta.
Top with Zesty Italian dressing and toss until everything is coated.
Keep in fridge until ready to serve. Enjoy!
