1/2CupCraisins
1/2Cup Pumpkin Seeds
1/4CupCoconut Flakes (unsweetened)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325°. Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Put cashews on baking sheet and pour maple syrup over it. Then sprinkle salt on. Mix together so all the cashews are evenly coated.
Bake in oven for 7 minutes. Then stir it up and bake another 7 minutes.
While baking, add all other ingredients in a large bowl.
Let cashews cool completely (so you don't melt your chocolate chips!) then add them to the bowl. Mix up and store in an air tight container in the pantry!
