Materials
1lbground beef
4ozcream cheese, soft
1 TBSPminced dry onions
2 tspbaking powder
1 cupshredded cheddar cheese
1 large egg
3/4 cupalmond flouror bread crumbs
1/2tspsalt
Instructions
Pre heat oven to 350 degrees and oil a sheet pan.
Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl. Use your hands to mix it all together.
Taking about 2 TBSP of the mixture at a time, shape it into a 2" ball and place meatballs on your prepared baking sheet in a single layer. I don't typically use exact measurements but if you want to make them all uniform, use a cookie scoop.
Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes. They will be golden brown and the cheese will slightly be oozing out.
Serve immediately with your favorite side. Store leftovers in an airtight container.
