Materials
1pint jarBlack Beans, drained and rinsedYou can use a can of black beans from the store.
2TBSPCocoa Powder
1/2CupQuick OatsUse gluten free if needed
1/4 tspSalt
1/2cupPure Maple SyrupCan also use 1/3 cup syrup plus 2 TBSP Sugar
1/4 cupCoconut Oil
2tspVanilla
1/2tspBaking Powder
2/3cupChocolate ChipsPlus more for sprinkling on top
Instructions
Add all ingredients but the chocolate chips into a food processor or blender.
Blend on high for 2-4 min or until the mixture is completely smooth.
Add in 2/3 cup chocolate chips and stir with a spoon to combine.
Pour into a well buttered 8x8 baking dish.
Sprinkle additional chocolate chips on top.
Bake at 350° for 12-15 minutes or until set.
Brownies will be gooey, so let cool completely before cutting. Pop in the fridge for an hour if its warm in your house and they aren't setting up.
