Delicious, slightly sweet, healthy peanut butter that doesn't even compare to the store bought stuff. Use as you would any other peanut butter.

1 Blender or food processor

4cupsdry roasted peanuts
3/4 tspsalt
2-4TBSPavocado oil
2TBSPhoney
Instructions
Add your peanuts to a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake in a 350° oven for 3 minutes. Shake the pan of peanuts and bake for an additional 3 minutes. Make sure to watch closely or they will burn.
Add peanuts and 1-2 TBSP avocado oil to your blender or food processor. Blend for 1 minute, turn off and scrape down the sides.
Add another TBSP avocado oil if needed and blend again for 1-2 minutes. Stop and scrape down the sides. Continue this process until you have a gritty almost smooth peanut butter.
Add in the salt and honey and turn blender back on. Blend until completely smooth.
Store in a class jar in your fridge for 2-3 weeks.
