1/4cupHeavy Cream
4Eggs
1/3cupGranulated Sugar
1tspVanilla

1/4cupAll Purpose Gluten Free FlourI use Cup 4 Cup
1/4cupBrown Sugar
1/8tsp Salt
1/2tspCinnamon
1/2stickCold Butter
Instructions
Butter a 11x7 baking dish really well. Cut your bread slices into bite size pieces and place in your baking dish.
In a mixing bowl, mix together eggs, milk, cream, vanilla, and sugar. Pour over the bread slices and make sure each piece gets soaked in the egg mixture.
Now for the topping. Mix together flour, brown sugar, salt, and cinnamon. Cut in butter using a pastry cutter until it forms a soft crumble.
Pour over the top of your bread and stick in the fridge until ready to bake or bake right away.
Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Top with powdered sugar once out of the oven if desired!
