1CanGluten Free Cream of mushroom soup I use my cream of anything powder with beef broth.
1CupBeef Broth (more if gets to thick)
2TBSPCorn Starch
1/2CupSour Cream
Gluten Free Pasta or Rice to serve
Instructions
Add olive oil and meat seasoned with garlic salt and pepper in a pan. Cook on medium until cooked all the way through.
Add cream of mushroom and Worcestershire sauce to the meat.
Mix beef broth and cornstarch together and pour over the meat in pan. Cook on medium/high until starts to thicken. Add more beef broth if it gets too quick too fast.
Once the gravy is thick enough, turn off heat and add in sour cream.
