Old Fashion Oats, use GF if needed

Ground Flaxseed

Coconut Flakes

Mini Chocolate Chips

Nut Butter (peanut, cashew, almond etc.)

Instructions
Add all ingredients into a medium size bowl. Mix with a spoon and then with dampen hands until it all mixes together.
Using a cookie scoop or with your hands form into mini balls and place on a cookie sheet.
Stick the cookie sheet in the freezer for a minimum of 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, put energy balls in a container and store in the fridge.
