Chocolate, Chocolate Chip Mini Muffins

Mini Chocolate Chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375° and spray a mini muffin pan with non-stick spray.
In a large bowl mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cocoa powder until it is all combined.
Add in oil, egg, vanilla, and milk and mix just until combined.
Fold In mini chocolate chips.
Fill each muffin tin to about 3/4 way full and bake at 375° for about 10 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Enjoy!
