[mailerlite_form form_id=1]Ok, now let’s talk peppers!
As all your peppers start flooding into the kitchen… it’s easy to get overwhelmed.
We love peppers in our house, but when you plant as many pepper plants as we do, you just can’t eat them all right away. You need to preserve them for later use.
Our favorite way to preserve peppers is to dehydrate them! Its so simple because the dehydrator does all the work for you. Your only time into this project is slicing up the peppers to the size you want! Now that’s a win on a busy homestead!

Join me as I show you how I use my Excalibur Dehydrator to dehydrate my bell peppers, how I store them after I have dehydrated them, and then how I rehydrate them to use in recipes!
Not all foods need to be canned in order to preserve them. While canning is my first and favorite choice, I love using all kinds of methods to preserve fresh foods grown or raised right here on our ranch.
