Olive Oil or any oil

vanilla

Milk

Cup
Mini Chocolate Chips
Instructions
Add flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt to a medium bowl and mix to combine.
Add in oil, egg, vanilla, and milk. Mix together until all incorporated.
Fold in mini chocolate chips.
Pre-heat oven to 350° and grease a mini muffin tin. Spoon in mixture to about 3/4 a way full on each muffin tin.
Bake for about 10 minutes or until golden brown. Enjoy!
